It has been a crazy year in the world of NFL and wildcard Saturday was not one to disappoint. I got a chance to watch most of the first game, the 7-9 (that's right, 7-9) Seahawks taking on the 11-5 Saints at Qwest Field (that's right, a 7-9 Seattle team had home field advantage, told you it was a crazy year). Outcome? Both defenses decided to watch this one from the field as the Offenses racked up 77 points. In this outing, however, it was the Seahawks that scored more points than the Saints with a 41-36 victory, sending the 7-9 Seahawks (well, 8-9) to the second round of the playoffs.
Game two, Indianapolis vs. the Jets, started off as a defensive struggle. Both offenses started to the move the ball a little, but in the end some questionable coaching calls limited Manning and the Indy offense, having to settle for a field goal to make it 16-14. Forty some odd seconds and a great kick off return was all the Jets needed to march down field and kick the ball through the uprights for the 17-16 win over the Colts. No Manning in the superbowl this year.

So we look forward to wildcard Sunday. What craziness is left in this season? I'm looking forward to every game.
